Camera Club

Camera club. Not to be confused with Camero club. I don't have a camero. But I do have a camera. So I invited a few friends who are interested in photography to take pictures over a period of a few weeks. We all got together for the first time tonight to share what we had done. We had snacks and drank wine and looked at pictures. It was really fun.

The theme was Round and Round. This was what I considered to be my best shot. We are on the calendar for 6 weeks with barns and fences. I can't wait!

Memories

My daughter is making a photo collage. She came by today to look through some old photos to scan. She came across this one of us in Disneyland. We were waiting for the parade to start. It brought back such great memories. I love old pictures.

Hey Mac!

Mac made it home. I love him. He has amazing colors, a super lightweight body, more creative applications than I can ever understand. I love him and hopefully you'll be hearing a lot more out of him.

The Art of Procrastination

I'm mastering the art of procrastination regarding homework. Oh, don't get me wrong, I love school. Love it.
I love learning new things. I'm a lifelong learner and reader. Since I'm going to be learning stuff for the rest of my life, I might as well get a degree...right? I find school validating. It's good to be graded. I feel smart. I'm also a little greedy. I want all the points.
So what is up with the procrastination? I find myself doing everything but homework. I clean house. I go to the grocery store. I take the dog for a walk. I harvest my crops on FarmTown. I watch the Real Housewives of Orange County. It's a sickness really.
I do love school. I work well under pressure. I need to prioritze just a tinsy bit more, though.
Real Housewives? Seriously?

To Apple or not to Apple

I'm in the market for a new computer. I'm seriously considering a MacBook. Any opinions?
